~About a month ago Brad began the search for his birth mother. He was always curious about his medical history and really wanted to thank her for making the tough decision of putting him up for adoption. Through the help of many he was able to track down his birth mother currently living in Jacksonville, Florida. Brad has been communicating with her and found out his birth parents were both young at the time of his birth. His birth father is biracial (half black, half white) and his birth mother has two teenage boys. During this process Brad came in contact with his "cousin" who was baptized a member of the Church at age 18 and served a mission in Italy. Brad and Kevin have become fast friends and we hope to meet his family soon!
~Will has a new obsession - the Utah Utes (my brothers are so proud). Brad bought him a new hat and Will has yet to take it off, except to bathe. Brad is going to a Gator game in Florida next month and I am sure he will bring back some goods to sway Will in his favor.
~Lizzy has become our little talker. Her favorite phrase is "I so funny" and then laughs at herself. It is hilarious. She loves singing her dolly to sleep, dancing and talking on the phone. The person on the other end gets the delight of hearing her grand stories.
~Matthew is so close to walking. He is cruising around furniture with ease and stands by himself for a few seconds. He turns 8 months next week and is already a mischievous boy. I think we are in for some fun in the future.
