Two Peas....

I have to give Brad credit.  He has taken to his marathon training as a duck takes to water.  He bought his running shoes, socks and watch and is currently eyeing running apparel - of course in the colors of orange and blue.  Apparently he will be running in a basketball jersey to represent his Florida Gators.  What passion!!  I am quite surprised by his enthusiasm since in years past I have had to BEG him to run with me.  Not only has Brad caught the running bug but Will has been stricken with it too.  He got on his gear, including a tank top (because that is what dad wears) and went on a jaunt around the neighborhood.  As punishment last night for smacking his sister across the face we took away his privilege of running with daddy for 1 week.  I have never seen him so upset.  Now if only my dumb foot would heal, I could join them!!

Neglect

I realize I am neglecting some things in my life.  For one thing, blogging.  I haven't had much time to write a post, although not much is happening but the typical groundhog days of motherhood.  I also have been neglecting exercising, cleaning, taking pictures of my newborn and catching up with friends - to name a few.  In order to make an effort of keeping connected...here is the latest.

~Brad just found out he will be running the St. George Marathon in October.  This is a bit ironic since Brad HATES running.  One day I will have to post about the infamous 5K we ran together – classic.

~My sister FINALLY got married after dating her boyfriend for 7 years.  She looked beautiful but for some reason I didn't get a picture of her.  I only had pictures of my kids.

~Will once again is playing T-ball and this year Brad is his coach.  Go Phillies!

~In my attempt to return to the gym I rolled my ankle during step aerobics and have been out of commission for the past 2 weeks.  Not an ideal situation when trying to lose the baby weight.
