No Vacancy

My hope of getting induced this Thursday has been dashed thanks to all those other pregnant woman due in March.  My doctor said he would induce me on the 19th but there is no space available for inductions at the hospital until the 26th.  My actual due date.  Now I am hoping the baby will come on its own but with my track record that is unlikely.  I am headed for another week of pregnancy, whether I like it or not.    

Enduring to the End

I am to the point where none of my maternity clothes fit and I have to resort to the 2 shirts that do cover my belly.  Going out in public has become a spectacle but I now expect the comments.  While exiting Target I passed a mother and daughter and heard the mother exclaim "Now that girl is huge."  The sweet old ladies in church question me every Sunday if I am sure I am not having twins - oh, I am sure!  Hopefully I will be getting induced a week from Thursday but that still depends on the little being growing inside me.  I have never gone into labor on my own and I do not want to go past my due date again, as I did with Elizabeth.  It was torture!  Plus, I have big babies and I am not ready to push out a 10-pounder.
