His obsession began the week of Halloween when Matthew discovered he was dressing up in one of Will’s old costumes. He was going to be Superman or “Soup-man”, as Matthew fondly calls him. Once he saw the cape, it was over. The cape has become a permanent fashion staple. He wears it with everything including his pajamas. If he is not sleeping with it on then he is sleeping with it next to him in his bed. He carries the Superman DVD case every where he goes and often puts in his backpack for car rides. The first note of the Superman song sends him flying down the hallway with his arms outstretched in front of him. Today Matthew is turning 2. We thought it only appropriate to celebrate the day with a cake that he would enjoy, compliments of Brad. Happy Birthday Soup-Man!!
