Dancing Queen

Lizzy loves to dance. The green and purple walls put her in the mood! (we haven't got a chance to repaint the room yet)

Faces You Can't Help but Love

After reading my last post I realized I sounded a bit discouraged. Honestly, I love being a mom and would have it no other way!

One of Those Days

So, it has been one of those days. You know the kind you count down the minute until your husband gets home from work so you can actually go to the bathroom in peace. I have to say 3 kids is a lot harder than I thought. Willy is full of so much energy, he wears me out just watching him play around the room. Lizzy is at the age where she says her 15-20 key words (mama, dada, no way) but for everything else she points and grunts, so it is pretty much a guessing game. Matthew is tempermental and is only happy when I am holding him standing up and rocking back and forth at the perfect speed. I am once again blessed with a colicky baby - lucky me. I thought I had my fair share with Elizabeth but I guess I need to learn more patience. He is mostly fussy during the day, which is great for the fact that he sleeps at night but horrible for my other 2 children who get neglected. I think my kids have watched more TV in the past 2 months than they have their entire lives. I deserve mother of the year. Hey, at least I can count on the fact they won't remember this time when they are teenagers (I hope).

Playing in the Snow

Ice Skating

Will's first attempt at ice skating. He looks like a granny with a bad back.

As you can see, Will is a fast learner.

The Past Year in a Nutshell

This past year has been a whirlwind for our family. Brad graduated from Seattle Law School, we moved back to Utah, Brad studied for the BAR, he passed the BAR (yipee), he started working at his firm, we bought a house, fixed up the house, moved into the house and had our third child 12 days before Christmas. It has been an exciting, crazy, exhausting, joyous, sleep deprived and fun-filled year.

Blogging Buff

After much encouragement I have decided to join the ranks of a blogger. I cannot guarantee that it will be updated regularly, I still have 13 rolls of pictures from Israel that I haven't touched and I went there almost 9 years ago. I will try to stay on top of things since many people have requested updated information on our family.... so here it goes!!
