Rite of Passage

From Will starting Kindergarten and playing on a soccer team to Timothy crawling, Matthew sleeping in a big bed and Brad running a marathon - our family has been going through some Rite of Passages, so to speak.  It seems our lives are moving closer to homework, sports practice and dance recitals and farther from formula, diapers and baby equipment.  I am not sure which I prefer - either way, there is no stopping it.
First day of school

Scoring 2 goals in 1 game

Timmy and crawling = more chaos
The cheerleaders
Mile 25.5 and still truckin' thanks to Erin, the best sister-in-law
I am impressed Brad ran a marathon since he only likes running up and down a basketball court.  We had a friendly competition going of who would have a better marathon time.  Let's just say, I will always having bragging rights :)
My brother, Jake, who got Brad "into this mess" ran 19 miles before his stress fracture won out.  Not to mention he forgot his running shoes at home.  Breaking in new shoes by running a marathon is not an ideal situation.

Brad was sure to show his Gator love as he was decked from head to toe in Gator gear including head and sweatbands - what passion!!
